You can return the items you purchased for any reason up to
30 days from the date you received your SIHQ package. All returns are exchanged
for store credit, which will be issued back to you in the form of a gift code
that can be applied to your next purchase with the SIHQ Shop. Unfortunately,
because of the nature of our business where everything we sell is made to
order, we cannot offer refunds at this time. All of our products are on-demand,
meaning we begin manufacturing it for you when you place an order.
For health reasons, returned items MUST be in the same condition in which you received them, meaning:
Unworn (trying it on for fit is OK)
No dirt (looking at you MTB/BMX riders...)
No scents or deodorant
No cosmetic stains
Must be in the original packaging with tags
We will pay for

For any items returned that were part of a multi-buy promotion, such as Buy One
Get One Half Price, Buy One Get One Free, 3 for 2, or similar, the refund value
of returned products will be calculated based on the promotional savings of any
items not returned. For example, if you pay $50 for three t-shirts that are
normally priced at $20 each under a BOGO promotion, each shirt’s value will be
calculated as a third of the $50 total, and therefore may not equate to the
full value of the item(s) specifically being returned.
Bulk orders are
not eligible for return. A bulk order is:

tracking of your package for delivery status and if you have any issues, please
contact the respective carrier (USPS or FedEx) directly.

due to customer error / failure to collect. If you would still like the
product, we require you to cover the new shipping costs. Or, alternatively, you
can opt to receive store credit and we will hold onto the item.

Please note you are personally responsible for any import
duty/tax that may be applied. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal
requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused
by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs of shipping the

We understand sometimes it’s tricky to figure out what will
fit you when ordering online. We have created a Size Guide for all the products
we offer which should give you a good idea of how something will fit on you. Don't worry, if you order an item and you realized you got
the wrong size, you can exchange it for another size of the same item all you
pay is the return shipping cost.

How long do orders take to ship?
We do our best to get your items shipped as quickly as possible.
Since many of our products are made to order, we first custom create each one
before we send them to you. Most items ship within 2-7 days of placing an order

What if I want to expedite an order?
Our products are made on demand and shipped out as soon as
they are completed, so we are already working as hard as we can to get your
order delivered to you. As such, we apologize that we cannot offer expedited
How do I use my discount or referral code?
Once you get to checkout there will be a box that says Promo

Why isn’t my discount code working?
Codes may not work if they have been used already, the item
is discounted, on sale or part of a multi-buy deal. Multiple codes cannot be
applied to the same order.

on our website and we will try and get back to you as soon as we can.
Can I get an item in a color that is not listed?
The colors listed on a product page are the only ones
available for that item. Some exceptions may apply for large scale bulk orders of
20 or more of the same item. Contact us to discuss placing a bulk order.
Can I purchase a Gift Card?
Yes, just fill out THISform and an email will be
sent to you with instructions on how to redeem it. Gift cards are issued in the
form of a discount code that should be applied at checkout. Discount codes may not be used on Gift Card purchases.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled. We apologize for this
inconvenience, but this is because once your order is placed, it immediately
goes into production so that we can ensure you receive it as quickly as

Once a package leaves our facility, we take no responsibility
for its ultimate arrival and its destination. If you are not present to accept a
package or entered the wrong address at checkout and the package was sent back
to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost again and we will send
it back out to you.
International customs fees and taxes.
If this applies, you are responsible for all fees associated
with customs and your local taxes. The shipping we charge only covers the cost
of the carrier that is delivering the package to you. Please make sure to check
if there are any fees for shipping internationally to your country so you are
prepared to pay them. Once an item is shipped out from our facility, the buyer
is responsible for residual costs that arise.
I only received part of my order.
Sometimes we ship orders all at once, and sometimes they come
separately depending on how long production time is for specific items. Check
to see if you were assigned more than one tracking number. If you received part
of your order and still nothing else has been shipped, please contact us so
that we can look into the matter for you.
I never received my order.
SendIt HQ is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
You need to contact the carrier that handled the package to file a claim. Once
you file a claim, please send us the claim information via our contact form. Please check for accuracy when entering
